Placeholder. The text on this page is a template outlining how Luniq apps are designed to work (on-device, no accounts). It is not a reviewed legal document. Replace each section with finalised policy copy before submitting to the App Store.

Who we are

Luniq is a one-person iOS studio based in Canberra, Australia. You can reach us at hello@luniq.com.au.

The short version

Luniq apps are designed to run entirely on your iPhone. They do not require an account, and the geospatial files you open are processed on-device.

What we collect

[Confirm and complete before publishing.] Describe here exactly what each app accesses and stores, for example:

  • Location: used on-device to show your live position; [state whether it ever leaves the device].
  • Files you open: processed locally; [state whether anything is uploaded].
  • Diagnostics / analytics: [state whether any analytics SDK is used, and which].

What we do not do

  • No accounts or sign-in.
  • No selling of personal data.
  • [Add any other commitments here.]

Third-party services

[List any third-party services] such as Apple's App Store and any crash-reporting or analytics providers, with links to their policies. If none are used, state that.

Your rights

[Complete per applicable law] — e.g. the Australian Privacy Act and, where relevant, GDPR. Explain how a user can request access to or deletion of any data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our apps change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
