Why buy, not rent?

Because a tool you rely on in the field should not stop working when a subscription lapses or a server goes away. Luniq apps are a one-time purchase: you buy it once and own that version forever. No subscriptions, no accounts.

Do the apps need an internet connection?

No. Luniq apps are built to work offline. Once your maps or files are on the device, everything — your live position, bearings, file inspection — runs on-device with no signal required.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There are no accounts and no sign-in. You download the app and use it.

What units do the apps use?

Metric. Distances, coordinates and extents are shown in metric units throughout.

Which devices are supported?

Luniq apps are made for iPhone. [Confirm the minimum iOS version on each App Store listing.]

How do I get help or report a bug?

Email hello@luniq.com.au and include the app name, your iOS version, and what happened. As a one-person studio, every message is read by the person who builds the apps.
